Program Description

The Explorers Program invites learners to dive into interdisciplinary unit studies that weave together science, social studies, art, and craftsmanship. Inspired by Reggio Emilia and Charlotte Mason philosophies, sessions are guided by curiosity, creativity, and student ownership of learning. Each unit integrates literature, art, and hands-on projects—encouraging critical thinking and self-expression. Every season culminates in a vibrant student showcase, where knowledge is shared through creative presentations and collaborative projects. Program Includes - Science with Living Books: Rather than textbooks, scientific ideas are introduced through living books—stories written by passionate authors that make science meaningful and memorable. - Literature and Discussion: Each month we will enjoy a chapter book together. Reading both in and out of class is paired with narration and discussion, helping children connect more deeply with story and language. - Free Play and Exploration: Unstructured time outdoors gives students space to play, create, and integrate what they are learning, while fostering imagination and friendship. Program Details - Age Group: 8-16 year olds - When: Tuesdays and Thursdays @ 9:30am-12:30pm - Price: $300 per child, per month with a one-time. $50 enrollment sign-up fee Program Discounts: - Seasonal Plan: $50 OFF with one-time payment of $1000 for a full season (3 months/12 weeks) with a one-time $50 enrollment fee - Yearly Plan: $300 OFF with bi-annual payment of $1600 for a full year (10 months/40 weeks) with a one-time $50 enrollment fee - Pathfinder Discount: 50% off one Pathfinder Plan with registration.
